Yes. All double-wall and tri-ply vacuum insulated bottles are built for both hot and cold beverages. Do not use single-wall bottles for hot liquids.

We accept return requests only for wrong products delivered or defective/damaged items. Returns must be initiated within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing video, invoice, and product images. We do not accept returns for change of mind or misuse.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos to support@go24bottles.com, If approved after inspection, we replace it at no extra cost.

No. Never put your GO24 bottle in a freezer or microwave. This can damage the insulation and body permanently.
Always rinse the bottle after use and never leave it uncovered for extended periods. If odour persists, clean with a mild baking soda solution, rinse well, and air dry completely.
Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Avoid leaving liquids in the bottle for more than 24 hours. Clean regularly and dry thoroughly before storing.

Rinse with warm water, add a few drops of mild soap, shake gently, and scrub the interior with a soft bottle brush — paying attention to the base, neck, and lid. Rinse thoroughly until no soap remains and air dry completely with the lid off before first use.
Add 1–2 teaspoons of baking soda with warm water, let it sit for 20–30 minutes, then scrub and rinse. For stronger smells, soak with equal parts white vinegar and warm water for 15–20 minutes. Always clean the lid and silicone ring separately, and air dry completely with the lid off — trapped moisture is the most common cause of odour.
