Every Pexpo bottle is built to outlast the grind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, we'll make it right - no stress, no excuses.

Cancellation

At GO24, all orders are processed immediately upon placement to ensure 24-hour dispatch and timely delivery. Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances, whether the payment method is prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Non-personalized order: Cancellation, modification, or refund is not permitted once the order is placed, for both prepaid and COD orders.

 

  • Personalized order: As personalized products are specially customized to your requirements, cancellation, modification, or refund is strictly not permitted once the order is placed. Personalized orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. COD is not available for personalized products.

*Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

 

Returns Policy 

GO24 does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

In the rare event that you receive a product that is wrong or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at crm.pexpo@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +91 7496993110. Our team will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Our preferred resolution in all verified cases is a free replacement. A refund is issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled, at our sole discretion.

 

Claims Will Not Be Entertained For

 

  1. Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper cleaning

  2. Products with tampered or removed packaging or labels

  3. Incomplete products with missing parts, accessories, or manuals

  4. Change of mind or incorrect variant selected by the customer

  5. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

  6. Claims submitted without valid photo and video proof of damage or defect

  7. Customized or personalized items

  8. Spare parts

 

Warranty

 

Single-wall water bottles come with a 12-month warranty. Double-wall and triple-wall vacuum insulated bottles come with a 24-month warranty. Lid replacement is free within the first 24 days of delivery, no questions asked. To register your warranty or raise a warranty claim, visit go24bottles.com/pages/warranty-claim.

Returns will not be accepted for

 

1.      Damages caused by misuse or mishandling

2.      Products with tampered packaging or labels

3.      Incomplete products (missing parts/accessories/manuals)

4.      Items returned in a condition different from that received

5.      Requests raised before product delivery or without valid proof of defect

6.      Customized or personalized items

7.      Spare parts

 

Replacement Policy

 

In case of a genuine defect or transit damage, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Replacement will only be processed after verification of images and product condition.
